MassMutual to use only examiners contracted with APPS, ExamOne

Review new conditions for exams, contracting, and billing

As of May 23, MassMutual will only allow exams from those examiners who are contracted with APPS and ExamOne. The use of examiners who are not contracted directly with ExamOne or an ExamOne affiliate office are no longer permissible.

Key considerations

• After May 22, exams using examiners not contracted directly with ExamOne or an ExamOne affiliate office will not be accepted, except any that were scheduled already.
• Using examiners who are not contracted directly with ExamOne or an ExamOne affiliate office is no longer permissible.
• Ask preferred, unaffiliated examiners who use the third-party billing process to contract with APPS or ExamOne; they will then follow the normal protocol for scheduling through APPS or ExamOne offices.
• For APPS, please use its office locator to find your field office.
• For ExamOne, please use its search engine to find your corporate or ExamOne affiliate office location.
